In large saucepan, combine:
1 egg + 2 egg yolks
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
Whisk until smooth over low heat. Stir in hot mixture from first pan. Cook, stirring constantly over med-high heat until it thickens and starts to boil on edges.
Add:
1/3 cup (or 1.5 oz) chopped white chocolate and stir till smooth. Then stir in:
1 tsp vanilla
Refrigerate until chilled. Stir in:
2 sliced bananas
Spread in crust.
