I spent a day in Montmartre with my friend
Emmanuel. We saw lots of things from the movie "Amelie,"
including Collignon's market
|
Emmanuel's girlfriend Delphine and I in front of the Cafe
des 2 Moulins, where Amelie worked. I saw surprised that it's a
real place; they actually filmed inside of it

Emmanuel
lives across the street from Jean-Pierre Jeunet, the directory of
Amelie. This is the buzzer at the front of his apartment. I
was tempted, but I didn't buzz

Emmanuel and
Delphine squeeze into the ridiculously tiny elevator in their apartment

I blink in
front
of the Moulin Rouge, which is actually really close to Amelie's cafe

My friend
Emeric and his new wife Jacqueline in their new apartment. How
amazing to find so many Berkeley fans in France!
